Dr. Surajit Santra is a consultant pediatrician and neonatologist practicing in Kolkata having experience of about 20 years in this field.

ACADEMICS :
He completed his schooling form Ramkrishna Mission Vidyamandir and ranked 13th, in West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
Then he persuaded MBBS course from R. G. Kar Medical College and became medical graduate from Calcutta University in 1998. Subsequently he completed DCH from Calcutta University in 2002 and DNB (Pediatrics) from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in 2008.
He conducted lots of seminars on recent advances in pediatrics at various leading hospitals in Kolkata and participated a number of National Conferences in different parts of India.

Dr. Santra started his clinical job as house staff in the dept. of Medicine and Cardiology, at R.G. Kar Med College, Kolkata. Subsequently, he skilled himself in the field of Pediatrics, for more than 6yrs, as post graduate trainee and registrar, from Vivekananda Institute of Med Sciences(Sishu Mangal Hospital), Kolkata.
After completing his post graduation, he started his carrier as an In charge of PICU/NICU at Park Children Centre, Kolkata. Subsequently got attached as consultant pediatrician and neonatologist at reputed hospitals like Bhagirathi Neotia Women and Child Care Centre, Woodlands Hospital, Belle Vue Clinic, etc. His main area of interest is Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care.
